I'm currently studying Healthcare Technology and Management (which is a track of the masters programme Industrial Engineering and Management). Right now I'm busy writing my master thesis about business model innovation in hospitals. Your posts about strategy and hospitals are a great inspiration!
My current research: on one side I help organizing two workshop sessions on 'new configurations of hospitals' and writing a whitepaper study (at my thesis 'company', The Decision Group). The other project is the subject of my thesis: linking business model theory with hospitals: what elements should such a model hold and how can hospitals use this theory.
